3. How do I sign up for classes?

You can sign up for classes through our website or by visiting the academy. We also offer a free trial class to help you determine if our program is the right fit for you or your child.

4. What should I wear to my first class?

If you don't have a karate gi (uniform) yet, comfortable athletic clothing is fine for your first class. Once you’ve registered, you will be provided with information on where to purchase the official uniform.

5. How often are classes held?

1. Is karate a good workout for adults?

2. Can I join if I’m not in great shape?

3. How long does it take to earn a black belt?

The time it takes to earn a black belt varies depending on the student’s commitment, consistency, and ability. On average, it can take 3-5 years of dedicated training to reach this level.

4. Do you offer self-defence classes for adults?

Yes, self-defence is a core component of our karate training. In addition to our regular classes, we offer special self-defence workshops and seminars throughout the year.
